Office of the Head
Founder and Head of Pharaoh's University
This university was founded by Emperor King Abdul Mumin El, who sits as Head of Pharaoh's University, the university of the Iroquois Confederation of Nations of Morocco.
The Head of the University is the founder of this house. Programs, the student roll, the conferral of degrees, and the teaching of the Great Binding Law, Ma'at, the Continental Congress, and the Treaties of 1787 and 1836 sit under that office.
Emperor King Abdul Mumin El created Pharaoh's University so students of this Confederacy may enroll, complete each class, and receive a degree of this house. The Head does not sit as a king over the law. The law of this university is the 117 wampum, Ma'at in the rafters, the republican form, and the Moorish American compact.
Degrees are conferred in the name of Pharaoh's University by authority of the Head, with the Speaker of the day and the Clan Mother of the title.
