The Continental Congress
The government of the Iroquois Confederation of Nations of Morocco is the Continental Congress. Ma'at is the inner law of that government. This university restores the republican form and teaches Ma'at as the statute that binds every officer.
A republic, not a crown
Republican government is a public thing — res publica. The law sits above the officer. There is no king. The nations send their own, the Clan Mothers hold the titles, and the people keep fires of their own. That is the form Dekanawidah planted when he bound five nations under one tree without a throne.
The same form is what the united colonies named when they sat as a Continental Congress (1774–1789) and what the Guarantee later spoke of as “a Republican Form of Government.” This house puts that form back: Congress of nations, not a monarch; officers under Ma'at; the unborn in view.
Ma'at is the law of this government
Ma'at is not a side course. It is the statute of the Continental Congress of this house. An officer who will not weigh the heart has left the republican form. Truth, justice, harmony, balance, order, reciprocity, and propriety govern every sitting.
The eleven laws of God (Amen through Geb) bind the Hoyaneh, the Speaker of the day, the Firekeepers, and the Head of this university alike. The forty-two declarations are the oath of the public thing. The ostrich feather is held at installation: the heart shall be lighter than this feather, or the antlers come off.
Wampum 16 added this beam to the rafters. Wampum 24 already required a skin of seven spans. Wampum 28 already cast self-interest into oblivion. This government names that law Ma'at and requires it of Congress.

Ancestral law of this Congress
Students learn the laws of the ancestors as the only statute-book of this government.
The Great Binding Law. One hundred and seventeen wampum. No council is legal without the Mohawk Lords. Firekeepers open and close. Clan Mothers raise and depose. The people confirm in emergency.
Ma'at. Truth, justice, harmony, balance, order, reciprocity, propriety. The eleven laws of God. The forty-two declarations. The heart weighed in life.
Moorish American commerce. Treaty of Peace and Friendship in force 18 July 1787, renewed at Meknes 16 September 1836. Most-favored-nation trade, free merchants, ports and wrecks.
The Continental Congress of this house. Rafter wampum R-10 through R-18: the government named, the republican form restored, no hereditary crown, officers under the law, the people heard, the unborn kept, the Articles of Confederation received and annotated.
How the Congress sits
It sits under the Tree of the Great Long Leaves, in the order of Wampum 7–16. Thanksgiving is spoken before business. Two sides of the fire. The Onondaga judge. It does not sit after darkness. Smoke of the fire is a signal to allies.
This is the restoration: the public thing returned to ancestral law — Iroquois, Moorish, Kemetic — in one confederated republic of nations.
